Join a meritocratic environment with my client, a European CRO in Poland. It is a rare possibility for a Junior CRA to join this organization and participate in a new oncological study.

Hence their presence in more than 10 European countries and their extensive growth, you will have the chance to progress in your career and aim for more senior positions with international exposure or eventually even to move abroad. The starting location is in the Krakow area; they are currently in the process of building their new office, so you will have the chance to join them at a pivotal time, which will allow you to gain further career progression as they expand their office.

The last junior CRA they have taken on board is already in a country manager position after just 8 years with them. Apply to this role and you can be the next CRA being promoted to a managerial level in only a few years!

Key requirements:

• At least 1-year Clinical research and monitoring experience
• Fluent level of Polish and English, willingness to live in Poland (ideally Krakow area)
