Sales Operations Manager - Key-Account Management - Global Pharma Consultancy

Interested in developing your B2B skills within the Pharma industry? NonStop have for many years enjoyed a successful partnership with a global and fast-growing Regulatory Affairs consultancy, offering specialist services to top pharmaceutical companies as early-stage biotechs.

To help support their continued growth and develop deeper relationships with their Key Accounts, we are recruiting for a Manager, Sales Operations to be based at HQ/Home-Office.

Based in one of the head offices around the Rhein-Main region 3 days a week, with home-office possibility for the remainder, you would support the Account Management team in developing deep and valuable relationships with top clients. One step up from initial contact and closing on new business, you will spend about 70% of your time concentrating on proven good prospects: building cooperation with successful pharmas, biotechs and medical device companies across Germany and even internationally.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven B2B Sales experience within Life Sciences (2-6 years)
  • Ideally CRO/Consultancy background
  • Understanding of the Account Management process

This is a Key Account position based in head office, and puts you close to the real action of the business with a close eye on key commercial functions. As a result it's an excellent chance to develop your Life Science career: not only are you working with the world's leading developers of new medications, products and treatments, but you are working for an internationally renowned and specialist service provider with offices across Europe, USA, the Far East and more.
