Hair Care Technical Manager - Cosmetics - Spain

My client is one of the most innovative cosmetics companies in the Spanish personal care market. They have a huge range of diverse products they develop that include: Hair care, Shower Gels, Deodorants, Hair removal and also baby care products. This company are the R&D lead supplier for the largest retail company in the Spanish market, the guaranteed client and exclusive distributor allow the company to really focus on the R&D and quality of their products.

With a recent drive in talent development, the company are being very active in ensure they have the top research and development talent in the market. This really provides a high calibre team and an excellent to really develop your skill set. They are looking for a highly experienced technology manager who will be the lead in product development for the company's Hair care products. The product line is split into 4 areas, Shampoo, conditioner, treatment & styling.

The required skill set:

• 5+ Year in Research & Development in the cosmetics sector
• Specific experience within Hair Care development
• Previous Managerial Experience
• English Fluent, any other languages will be advantageous
