Landscape & Natural Areas Manager NYC Parks

We seek a manager to plan and implement forest, turf and wetland restoration projects in Van Cortlandt Park.

Preferred skills:

1. Knowledge of forest restoration theory and best practices.
2. Familiarity with Van Cortlandt Park.
3. Supervisory experience.
4. Strong administrative, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in computer software including Excel, Acces and ArcGIS.
6. Valid driver license.
7. NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Pesticide Applicator License.

Salary: $65,000 - $78,000 plus excellent benefits
