A new opportunity has come up as Technical Sales Manager for the field of Construction Coating systems covering the South-West German market. The company already have an established presence in the German business-to-business market and in the process of increasing their retail customer base, so you will have the chance to build new business, find new customers and create new relationships in the industry meaning you will have your own network for the long-term future.

The company you will be working for area a developer, manufacturer and distributor of paints & coatings systems for the construction industry. With a global presence in the market they are one of the best known companies in this market sector with some of the most recognisable brands in the industry, so it will be a fairly easy-sell to a lot of new and existing customers which will allow you to generate high sales revenues and gain success in the short-term.

Role Responsibilites:

  • Providing Technical Customer support in Germany
  • Generating new sales and developing new business in the construction coatings market
  • Providing feedback and guidance to R&D teams on market demand to help them focus their efforts in technology and product development
  • Assisting management on defining areas of future sales & business growth

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales
  • Proven knowledge of construction coatings & paints systems (1k and 2k waterborne paints)
  • C1 level German required for daily use. Confidence in English speaking essential.
