Job Details
You will have at least a first degree and preferably a PhD in Engineering (or closely related discipline) and have good understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer as well as experience of programming.
Based in the Solid Mechanics research group http://www.bristol.ac.uk/engineering/research/solids at the University of Bristol this is a great opportunity to take a key role in an EPSRC funded feasibility project on use of novel high temperature steam transfer pipes in fossil fuel and nuclear power stations.
This position is offered on a full time fixed term basis with funding for up to 6 months.
It is anticipated that interviews will take place in September.
