SALES OPERATION MANAGER - progression and work-life balance

Become a part of "Business Development Team" and have an impact on sales opportunities. Work for one of the most important service providers for the global pharmaceutical industry. You will have an important role as you deal with key accounts, and build existing relationships with the clients. You also get to work from home 2-3 days, which leaves you with a great career opportunity, yet even better work-life balance. The rest of the time you will be based in our office in Baden-Württemberg area.

  • A background in life sciences
  • At least 4 years sales or BD experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices or CRO
  • Fluent level of German and English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
