QC Director, Start up Biotech

NonStop is partnered with one of the fastest growing start up biopharma in Switzerland. They have multiple positions available due to this growth including this one in a senior role for the QC Department. From their Swiss offices they are looking to put in place the senior professionals to help them develop the teams and processes for further expansion.

Your role will be based out of their Basel offices and will be managing the analytical operational aspects of commercial drug substance and drug product including release, stability, method transfers and validations. This includes activities based internally external labs.

Key duties include:

• Developing, establishing and implementing quality control processes, specifications, validation, reports, etc. both internally and externally.
• Providing in depth technical and scientific advice and guidance to contract service providers and analysts in the QC Chemistry and Operations. This advice includes external laboratory guidance investigations and protocol deviations.
• Work directly with and provide technical support to operating entities (internal and CMOs) to ensure implementation of testing procedures meet timelines, specifications and remain within budget plans.
