Senior Manager - Children's Service - Make a Difference - North West of England
An excellent opportunity to strategically develop Childrens Services - Competitive package available
NonStop is currently working with a local authority, which is committed to serving the people in the community and transforming the way they operate to ensure that they provide high quality services in the most efficient way.
They are searching for an individual who possess strategic management experience and child protection knowledge to manage 2 districts and several teams. You will possess the same drive, passion and enthusiasm that their current team shares in order to help continually motivate and drive the service upwards.
The Councils 2 year plan:
- To safeguard children and support families and schools, to ensure that children grow up in a safe environment and to prevent problems from escalating
- To be a modern and efficient council
- Continue to improve the children's services in line with OFSTED recommendations, with regular OFSTED reports to demonstrate the progress
