Job Details
I am currently collaborating with a leading pharmaceutical company, renowned for its products in the field of Immuno-Oncology. They are currently in the process of developing the Australian team and are looking for experienced professionals with leadership experience and commercial acumen.
The position on offer is for Associate Medical Director for division Oncology. In this position you will manage a small team of Medical Managers and Medical Science Liaisons and will assist with the local business strategies.
An exciting point is that the company is looking for long-term commitment and will therefore want to help you progress to a Medical Director within a couple of years!
This is a fantastic opportunity that challenges you to take a career step higher, develop your management skills and move to one of the most beautiful places, which also happens to be a major pharmaceutical hub!
It would be perfect for someone coming from the background of Medical Manager or Senior Medical Advisor, looking for professional upgrade.
Requirements:
Medical Doctor degree
3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs in Oncology
Experience leading a team
Fluency in English
