The Receptionist will manage enquiries from students and visitors, in person, via email and telephone demonstrating discretion and initiative in resolving issues wherever possible. Reporting in to the Customer Service and Facilities Co-ordinator, the post holder will work flexibly and collaboratively with a Beacon House team comprising café, cleaning, janitorial and learning support staff, sharing best practice and striving to provide excellent customer service.
There are two posts available. A job share could be considered for the second post - 10.00 am - 6.00 pm.
