Job Details
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will develop and manage the partner database. This will involve collating and filing materials to create an accessible archive of activities. In collaboration with other members of the Cultural Institute (CI) team, you will provide information for quarterly reports against targets. You will support the CI team in the administration, production and delivery of events and conferences, documents, and activities. The role will also involve co-ordinating diaries and arranging and servicing meetings.
With experience of working in an administrative role and of producing minutes, you will possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. You will also have excellent IT skills, experience of using information management systems (including the use of databases) and experience of developing and implementing administrative and information retrieval systems. Ideally, you will also have experience of working with University systems (Purchasing, HR and Finance systems).
