Senior Strategic Planning Partner

This new role will be pivotal in achieving a more comprehensive and medium-term approach to strategic planning at Goldsmiths. We are seeking an individual who is innovative and service-orientated, able to interpret data and analysis, to understand the operational environment of different parts of the university, and to work with a wide range of colleagues to develop and implement change.

The Senior Strategic Planning Partner will lead a new small team that will need to work collaboratively to embed itself into the regular cycle of planning and budgeting.  The role-holder will need the ability to engage and influence managers and academic leaders across the university.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in planning and delivering change within the context of clear strategic objectives. Knowledge of the higher education environment and of the varying demands and requirements of different functions within a university, and how these inter-relate, will be hugely beneficial.
