    The Vice-Chancellor and President is the chief executive officer and principal academic at the University. The Vice-Chancellor's division is responsible for the University's management and administration, and leading the organisation's strategic vision and plan. 

     

    This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a busy and dynamic office, working with a dedicated team to provide high level executive support and event management within the Office of the Vice Chancellor. 

     

    Salary:

    (HEO7) $83,105 to $93,231 per annum.

    Superannuation: An employer contribution of 17% applies.

    Term of position: This continuing position is available immediately. 

     

    Position requirements

    To be successful you should have: 

    1. Demonstrated experience working in a senior executive support environment
    2. Demonstrated experience in hosting executive events in a corporate setting
    3. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to sensitively handle relationships with a wide range of VIP and Executive clients
    4. Demonstrated experience with high level business writing and communication skills
    5. Demonstrated exceptional customer service delivery, with ability to influence and engage with a range of stakeholders
    6. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a small team

     

    Qualification/s:

    A qualification in events management, business administration or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and or education / training.
