OTC/Nutraceutical - Country Manager - Pioneer Sales Role


Ready to use your network and experience in the OTC market to build up something new? NonStop have been requested by a Swiss-headquartered startup in Nutraceuticals and OTC products to find a qualified Country Manager, who can lead the development of the German market.


As the only contact and key decision-maker in Germany, you will develop all customers, and act as the solo representative for the country, reporting into the European headquarters. The portfolio currently covers a broad variety of Nutraceuticals, OTC products and more, many of which are already market-leading products in Eastern Europe and other regions. Exceptional success in Central and Eastern Europe has encouraged the firm to invest heavily in German licences for its products, and this could be an excellent chance for you to prove your network and leadership abilities in a pioneer position, developing a new market.


Key Points:

  • Country Manager, for OTC and Nutraceutical products.
  • Germany, full national responsibility, reporting to European level
  • No leadership responsibility, but a high-level strategic role and "pioneer" work

Key requirements:

  • Deep network and understanding of the OTC market, ideally with some knowledge of nutraceuticals: as the only point of contact for the firm, you will be expected to explain licensing procedures, marketing strategies, and more as the business grows.
  • Ambition! Again as the leader and pioneer in Germany, you will not enjoy this role unless you love creating new opportunities and developing them as fast as possible.
  • English competence should be sufficient to speak to colleagues from across Europe, at conferences and in HQ.
