Our Client, one of the most dynamic automotive companies in Belgiumis hiring. You will be part of a multicultural work environment where you will meet people from all around the world. Wanted to get an opportunity abroad and discover more of the European culture. With a position in Brussels and 10% of travel required, this opportunity is yours.

They are looking for a 2nd tier Technical Support Service, whom will help the car dealership to diagnose the issue on the car and help them to resolve them.

Your tasks will have to handle inquiries from 1st tier support, but also Improving the national level 1st line support capabilities by documenting and publishing of best practices on known issues. In the case of unresolved issues, you will have to escalate them to the management. You will also have to review the Diagnostic tool software specification on a daily basis and specification approval within a week of request. You report on the support queries KPI, classification, volume…

You have 5 Years experience within Automotive Diagnostic or mechanical experience and you communicate well on the phone. This position is yours, send us your resume, I will contact you within 48H.
