RA Manager - Cutting edge Cardiovascular - Zurich area

I am currently recruiting a Regulatory Affairs Manager for our client, a very innovative Swiss company working on a cutting edge cardiovascular device that will revolutionize the industry.

It is your time to join the start-up at a very key point in their history, when they are growing and thus hiring the right people to ensure that their products keep on reaching the market and can impact thousands of patients throughout the world. In a nutshell, your expertise will be extremely valuable and it is now your time to impact their growth, being a strong part in it.

You will define the whole RA strategy, build your department and become one of the main pillars of the company as it grows. You will start as a RA Manager but will get the chance to step up as a Senior Manager as the department evolves.

Your missions will include but not be limited to:

• Implementing the Regulatory Affairs strategy throughout the whole lifecycle
• Taking care of submissions to competent authorities (mostly FDA and CE Marking)
• Training, developing the members of your team and your department
• Relationships with worldwide competent authorities, notified bodies and external partners
• Regulatory assessments and advice to the rest of the company
• Enabling a smooth transition towards the MDR changes
• Product recalls and Post-Market Surveillance

The ideal profile will have:

• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Medical Device industry (ideally class III)
• management experience
• Strong FDA expertise
• Ability to work with a close-knit team
• Fluent English - German is an asset
