Acting as a first point of contact for faculties and other university stakeholders that require a change in web content, you will provide first in class customer service, working to tight deadlines and handling range of enquiries.

You will have:

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent computer literacy including familiarity with website concepts  
• Significant experience of customer service and commitment to providing high standards of care to internal customers
• Ability to influence teamwork while being able to manage and prioritise their own workload
• Highly organised and methodological in their approach to work

You will be joining the Digital Content Team of six full-time Web Content Designers and Digital Media Assistants. Together, we are responsible for the content, structure and usability of the University’s web presence which gets on average 19k visitors per day.
