Job Details
You will:
- Have the ability to work with initiative, take decisions and think creatively and laterally
- Problem solving and organisational skills to deal with complex and difficult situations autonomously as they arise
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders partners based in Birmingham and/or Middle East
- Cultural sensitivity
- Degree level education
- Experience of working in a recruitment or external partnership role including use of CRM systems
- Knowledge of school partnership based approaches
- Highly developed oral and written communication and presentation skills to deal with a wide range of contacts, both internally and externally, and at all levels from potential students to vice chancellors and diplomats
- Working with Marketing colleagues to deliver seamless campaigns with the end result of achieving targets
- Capability to lead, motivate and facilitate
- High level of literacy and attention to detail to produce clear, concise reports and strategies
- Tact, diplomacy and negotiating skills
- The flexibility to work unsociable hours and travel outside of the Emirates when required
- Experience of managing budgets
- Previous line management responsibility
All posts are based in Dubai. For the first few months of the appointment you will be seconded to the University of Birmingham Edgbaston campus in the UK for induction in preparation for delivering the Birmingham teaching experience in Dubai. Whilst on secondment you will be provided with accommodation and expenses.
