Responsibilities:

The Library Support Assistant (Service Desk) will contribute to the provision of consistently excellent customer service to all Library and Study Space users in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Undertaking both front line and operational support activities including roving and re-shelving of book stock. This role will be available to triage customer enquiries and will be able to answer those of a basic resource, procedural and directional nature. The role also involves roving across library and study centre sites to undertake general housekeeping checks and monitoring of space usage.
