Oncology Sales Director - Top-Tier Biopharma - KAM-Lead

Driven to move further, faster in the ever-changing landscape of Oncology? NonStop are in long-term cooperation with a Tier-1 biopharma focussed on novel launches in the Oncology market, and are developing the sales structure in Germany with the new position of Sales Director.

With a full pipeline of late-stage drug candidates including PARP and ALK Inhibitors, the firm is in a prime position to launch, not only with a single product but with a series of exciting entrants. With the right team in place, the German market could be Europe's largest in the relevant indications - and effective leadership of the 8-10 KAMs across Germany could be the key ingredient.

Are you ready to be the difference? Oncology is a highly competitive, crowded market, and in spite of significant investment and a top team of analysts capable of identifying the most promising drug candidates, ultimately success in Germany will come down to you. Bearing responsibility for the sales team, in sales leadership, training, coaching, and motivation, and reporting directly into the Commercial Director for DACH, this is a chance and a challenge, where you can prove yourself a polished pharmaceutical business leader, with deep and proven competence in the Oncology market.
