Job Purpose

The postholder will work within the context of a closely integrated and mutually supportive administrative team in the School, collaborating closely with other programme administration staff and undertaking the full range of associated tasks and processes to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the programmes and with high levels of customer care being demonstrated. Supporting the smooth running of the admissions process through close working with the academic leads and other relevant staff, Supporting a wide range of module and programme administration, a key point of contact for all student enquiries, a key point of contact for relevant academic and teaching staff. Providing support for general administration duties

 

Person Specification

• Knowledge of University Regulations and College administrative procedures relating to the various programmes of study.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with a wide range of issues simultaneously, with ability to prioritise effectively.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Good communications skills.
• Committed to high levels customer service.
• Excellent IT skills including spreadsheet work.
• Ability to work on own initiative with problem solving skills.
