EHS Specialist - work in more than one location
Our client, international leader in malt industry is currently looking for motivated EHS Specialist to join one of its departments in Germany.
You will have an opportunity to choose where you want to be based, but you will be taking care of 3 sites , visiting and supervising all of them on a monthly base.
Your Profile:
- First professional experience in EHS field
- Fachkraft fuer Arbeitssicherheit
- Diploma / Bachelor in HSE or comparable subjects
- Good knowledge in the field of HSE management systems
- Team player with a strong commitment to HSE topics
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to develop working relationships that promote integrity, trust and respect
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organisation
Your tasks:
- Introduction and implementation of safety procedures at all three German factories to improve work safety (intensive travel activities)
- Direct cooperation with the employees of the individual plants and contact persons with regard to hygiene and safety issues
- Planning and implementation of security training
- Maintenance of operational management systems (ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and their development and implementation
- Development, implementation, compliance and continuous improvement of the HSE programs
- Observation and analysis of causes of unsafe work situations, workplace accidents and accidents and prevention of safety problems
- Regular reporting to the Safety Manager in Germany-France
- Internal and external audits within the framework of the HSE
