Right Hand of the Management Board - Munich
My client is very innovative and successful Medical Device Company, and they are currently looking to find Assistant who will be working directly with CEO and supporting activities of the Board.
You will be responsible for daily deadline coordination and correspondence. You will make sure that all administrative tasks are running smoothly. As a CEO assistant you will be in charged of scheduling and planning trips and travel expenses, general office work and preparation for follow-up and meetings.

You should bring:
- Bachelors degree - Masters perfect , in Business (MBA) or similar
- Prior experience as Executive / Manger / CEO Assistant
- Positive attitude and high motivation to contribute together with the team
- Fluency in English and German
- Communicational and organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
