CAPA specialist - Healthcare leader - Germany's South

* CAPA specialist for international Medical Devices manufacturer * German site * 3-4 month contract role in the short term *

Our client is a well established and respected global Medical Devices manufacturer, and a leader in Wound Care. As part of their continued commitment to Quality and Compliance, they are seeking a CAPA specialist to take responsibility for the coordination and supervision of all regulatory compliant CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) on site and provide regular reporting to management.

This is an urgent role and will focus in the short term on dealing with and reducing the total CAPA count - it's a good atmosphere but also a fast paced environment,and needs someone who will slot in quickly and comfortably into a good routine and work autonomously. There may be additional responsibilities including training in CAPA processes, and involvement in quality improvement for products and processes.

Typically this person will have had experience with regulatory and legislative requirements for medical devices internationally, worked in Quality Assurance for between 3-5 years, and with hands on experience as a CAPA specialist in accordance with ISO 13485 and CFR.
