Provide Strategic Management to the Commissioning Service
A London based Local Authority is looking to take on a Senior Commissioner within a newly formed service that predominantly focuses on Children's Care and Support. This is a strategic role which will give you the opportunity to lead on the developments of new models of commissioning and care, really giving you the chance to have an impact on the services the Local Authority offer.
The specific services you will lead on will be the commissioning of services for children with specialist educational needs and disabilities, early years, transport, brokerage, Looked After Children and Care Leavers.
to be considered for this post you should have experience in Commissioning, Strategy or Transformation. Although experience within Children's services will be an added benefit, it is not essential.
