Sales Manager EMEA - Inks
My client, an international market leader within the Inks sector is currently searching to appoint an experienced manager within their Sales team.
At the core of this companies success is their focus on new innovation and their ability to stand out from competitors. This is due to the outstanding work of the R&D department who spend a lot of time researching the latest technology on the market to maximise the results that the sales team can get. For the commercial team this is a fantastic bonus as this allows them to work with the best products on the market which gives them the competitive edge when approaching new and existing clients. Combining the resources that you have available with the spend in which you can grow within the company, you will find yourself being able to progress a lot quicker in comparison to other companies, providing you with the opportunity to gain more responsibilities, build teams and secure a higher salary.
The Role
- Manage Direct reports
- Design and implement Sales strategy
- Manage sales channels and distribution
- Drive EMEA sales
Requirements
* 10 years sales management experience
* knows the Flexo and narrow web market or Digital and graphics
* Strong technical background within inks or coatings
* Willing to travel internationally
