If you are an experienced R&D Engineer within the field of Medical Devices and looking to take on a role where you will have a major impact on all aspects of Product Development, we have an outstanding offer for you.

Located in the Zürich greater area in Switzerland, the company we are collaborating with is highly specialised in developing and manufacturing Cardiovascular devices, both as their own products and for multiple clients within the industry.

As the company is still growing, you will get the best of both worlds: stability with both a strong client-base and financial backing, and yet the opportunity to take on multiple tasks and challenges.

While your focus will be on product development and improvements, duties will include every possible aspect of Project Management: developing and maintaining relationships with clients, planning and budgeting, collaborating with RA and QA on an ongoing basis, injecting client feedback into continuous improvements, finding new solutions, etc.

It is a great time to become part of this highly-qualified and international team, as the company has been steadily increasing in size.

You will have a central role in the company's success, while being in charge of more junior members of the team. There will be further opportunities for internal progression as time goes on, and no two days will ever be the same in this exciting challenge.

People who are relocating, including from outside the country, will be welcome and offered an opportunity to settle in the area for the long-term.

While experience of R&D in Cardiovascular products will be appreciated, any candidate who is well versed in the field of Medical Devices will be considered.
Also, the ability to speak German fluently would be a strong asset.
