The company I am currently recruiting for are looking to attract a highly skilled Salesperson to help them bring their new products to the European market in order to become a key actor in the field. You will be given unparalleled freedom of action in the development of those sales since this is a quite senior position. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in the field, it will also be the chance for you to highlight the experience you have gained over the years whilst benefiting from the company's name and reputation. This opportunity will involve a lot of strategic thinking and you will therefore work closely with the managers of other close departments. This means that you will be on the decision makers any positive outcome will come directly from you. Although there are not any direct team leading, you will also have the chance to supervise a lot of projects with the Marketing, R&D and Sales teams, in order to respond to your clients' needs. Constantly growing and hiring, you will be working in a highly dynamic and forward-moving environment.

Profile:

  • Degree in food technology and/or other scientific degree is a must
  • Ideally 8 years of experience in Sales in a flavour house - ideally business development (prospection, strategic sales development)
  • Strong knowledge of the Dairy industry
  • Possibility to relocate to Ireland
  • Fluency in English, any other language will be a plus
