The Sr. Specialist for the US Merck
Connect portal is responsible for developing and supporting the ongoing
integration of HCP-targeted services and content into the MerckConnect.com
digital customer experience. Primary Activities include but are not limited to:
- Build
an integration plan for each service and collaborate with all appropriate
business, technical and regulatory stakeholders across the US market
- Define
how these services and offerings translate to the HCP digital customer
experience
- Facilitate
the process for translating customer experience strategy to functional
production requirements
- Oversee
execution of the integration (end-to-end development of resources, from
creative development to Medical/Legal approval, production and delivery to
market)
- Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidance, industry trends, and best
practice in supporting the HCP customer experience
- Manage
agency relationships related to developing integration strategies
- Define
success measurements for integration efforts, leveraging information for
ongoing optimization of the service
- Champion
ongoing improvement of both the customer experience and development
processes in alignment with digital transformation priorities
This position also includes acceptance to the Accelerated Development Program which focuses on broadening business acumen through business unit rotations in account management, finance, commercial analytics, contracting and marketing.

Qualifications
Education
- Currently enrolled in a program leading to a Master in Business Administration with a Graduate date of June 2018
Required:
- A minimum of 1 plus years of professional work/internship experience
Preferred:
- Marketing concentration and interest
- Digital Marketing experience
- Demonstrated skills: communication, collaboration, negotiation, project management
