Manager QA & Regulatory Affairs - European Healthcare Distributor -Hertfordshire

Our client is a European Healthcare distributor focusing on various products lines from food to pharmaceuticals who are in the mists of development. Currently, they seek a Manager of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to provide quality insight to the existing team and to help ensure company growth.

Reporting to the Operations director, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining the local quality system and for all aspects of Regulatory Affairs support within the organization. The position will oversee all regulations actively to ensure compliance cording, to contract the QMS to ISO 9001 and GMP standards, drive quality culture improvement, manage Change control and Archiving functions, manage and train the Quality and Regulatory team, while maintaining oversight of all department functions.

Required is a person who has been working across both Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance within the Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industry, over 5 or more years. AS well as strong working knowledge and experience of QMS ISO 9001 and GMP and an ability to analyse quality system projects and develop project plans to achieve successful implementation of systems. You will assist in determination of which elements of the quality system can be successfully consolidated between sites. Strong leadership skills is a must.

English language skills is mandatory. Other European language a plus.
