Sales Representative - High Tech Surgical Lasers - France
World market leader for surgical laser technology (aesthetics and ophthalmology) has recently acquired a new product portfolio focusing on urology and gynaecology sectors. Therefore, they are looking for a strong sales professional to manage direct customers and distributors in France.
It is a large corporation company with unique laser products, however, in France and Benelux they still have a feeling of a tight-knit family company culture where everyone supports each other. Product is a complex capital device - high tech imaging technology; therefore you will be selling niche but high-end technology throughout your region.
The sales for this product are project based - you will be interacting with leading university hospitals, large private and public clinics in France. There are also distribution channels set up which help the expansion of sales. You will be mapping out the market, analysing the potential and developing sales strategies. What is more, you will be conducting sales negotiations with individual customers and manage large accounts. There will be high bonuses due to expensive products.
Experience needed:
- Surgical background in urology, gynaecology
- Experience in laser technology
- Medical Device sales experience
- Fluent French and good English skills
