EMEA Marketing Manager - Large Healthcare Corp -Laboratory Automation

A large medical device corporation, manufacturing cutting edge laboratory automation software and hardware are looking for an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager for the global marketing division to implement the communication campaigns, capture the attention of potential customers and run 5 global divisions (upstream+downstream).

In this position you will be part of a multimillion dollar corporation, since the company is still growing and expanding globally you will get a chance to have your say and influence the international marketing process. You will focus on planning, management across the 5 business units, building new product strategy and expanding the existing customer base. You will support Business and Sales units to ensure global, targeted, processional communication for new products, scientific areas and market initiatives. Also, you will lead a team of marketing professionals.

This is an excellent position for someone from marketing background in life sciences (devices or laboratory diagnostics) automation. This background + leadership skills are essential in this role to expand and develop the organisation. Your role will involve exciting activities that are crucial to the business expansion. What is more, there will be chances to progress further within the organisation (management roles), also move across global offices.

Key responsibilities:

-Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns

- Upstream and downstream marketing

- Global management of marketing divisions in France, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany

- Track profitability for franchise and local marketing programs. You will also have ownership for the local advertising & promotion budget

- Take responsibility for market/customer trends and competitive activity and use insight to develop differentiated marketing strategies

- Establishing standards for content generation

- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals

- Planning and management of internal and external production teams

Experience required:

- Master degree preferred in a business or related discipline; such as MBA or marketing qualification

- Sales, Marketing & Technical experience in driving growth in Automation and Informatics solutions in the IVD sector.

- Project and team management experience

- Bachelors of Arts or Science degree or equivalent

- Proven leader with 7-9 years of commercial experience with a track record of results.

- Four years of marketing experience in successfully developing and executing plans to drive business results.
