This is a great opportunity for CRA's at any level currently working within the life science sector for pharmaceutical companies, Biotech companies or CRO's who would enjoy the opportunity to work for a CRO dedicated to one client.

My client is one of the leading CRO's in the world operating globally. They are one of the leading global contract research organization providing drug discovery, development, lifecycle management, laboratory services and outsourcing solutions. In this position you will be working on behalf of my client outsourced directly to their client who is the sponsor and one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. A fantastic opportunity for you as you will be dedicated to only one client and can concentrate on them. The project is long term on an ongoing basis which means you will be able to plan long term and invest in this opportunity. You will be working in a positive and supportive working environment within one of the most engaged teams in the industry; who are truly recognised as the cornerstone of the compaines success. You will be doing meaningful work and the opportunity to acquire valuable personal and professional skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or licenced certified health care training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clinical research experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated performance management abilities.
  • Extensive monitoring experience.
  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to motivate and integrate teams and teach/mentor team members.
  • knowledge of relevant regulations e.g. ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines, etc
