Nonstop-Medical is a recruitment company specialising in the healthcare industry since 2001. On behalf of a key player in the field of In Vitro Diagnostics, we are looking for a junior technical support specialist who will benefit from a complete training in order to provide remote support to customer in the technical & diagnostic area, for their full range of medical laboratory products. This technical support is mainly provided via phone and email.

Profile:
- Educated as medical laboratory technologist or as biomedical engineer or in life sciences, possibly with some experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory.
- Willing to become an expert in new technologies.
- Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is an asset
