Product Development Manager, Team Lead Function, Brussels

Stepping into the role of Product Development Manager for Europe you will be leading a team of 8 people focusing on new product development. With 1 development administrator, 5 development engineers, 1 development project leader and 1 senior development expert you will be managing a highly experienced team who bring a lot of expertise, allowing you to get the best products to market.

You will be joining an Agrochemicals company based in the Brussels area of Belgium that specialise in the field of Crop Protection. The company have an extensive product portfolio and are well known for having a consistent product development pipeline, so you will be managing a huge range of projects with a wide variety of internal & external business partners. The company are now one of the main partners to work with in the Agrochemicals sector and they are known for significant input in developing R&D developing internal and external product portfolios.

The role that you will be stepping into is as a result of growth in the company over the last 18 months, which has allowed the previous Product Development Manager to step into a more senior role in another area of the business, so it's a company with future opportunities for anyone who wants to step into higher-level positions and take their career forward.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years experience in product development
• Industry experience in the field of Crop Protection
• Proven people management skills essential
• Degree in Chemistry preferred but not essential
• Fluent English essential
