Senior Practitioner - Fostering - Home Based Working
A Not For Profit Fostering Agency is looking for a Senior Practitioner to access, train and support a small caseload of Suffolk and Norfolk. The successful post holder will also deputise for the Service Manager when required.
The post offers Home Based working with a small case load which is capped at 6 foster families. As a result work can be well managed and a healthy work life balance achieved.
The job description includes the following aspects:
- Supervision of pool of foster carers
- Form F assessments and panel presentation
- Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects
- Participation in delivering of training for foster carers
- Completing annual review and initial visits
