The School of Healthcare has one post available for a Lecturer in Midwifery.

The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and academically talented team who lead internationally recognised research and teach across a multidisciplinary School and Faculty of undergraduate and postgraduate students. The successful candidate will contribute particularly to pre-registration midwifery education, supervise PhD students and postgraduate taught students and lead developments in this role. 

Applicants require a PhD in a relevant subject (or equivalent) or are nearing completion of a postgraduate research degree at a comparable level. Applicants are also required to be a registered midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), or be eligible for registration and have practice experience, and have a teaching qualification or be willing to undertake one when in post.
