Currently recruiting for one of the key players of the Flavour industry, I am looking for a Technical Manager to strengthen their Savoury department. This group is aiming to focus and largely develop their savoury portfolio in order to also join the top global manufacturers. This is the opportunity for any savoury innovation specialist to join a company where their experience and skills will have a great impact on the company's success. You will be in charge of managing the growing R&D department and will have a core responsibility to grow the team towards the same goal. This senior position will also allow you to be part of the strategic decision makers and take part in the projects and their developments for the next 5/10 years to come.

Profile:

*at least 10 years exp. in the development of Savoury flavours
*Previous team management experience - strong leadership skills
*Communication skills in order to communicate regularly with Sales, Marketing dpts.
*Ability to be based in Western Germany
