Senior Support Analyst EMEA - World Leading Diagnostics Company - 7 Month Contract

NonStop's client, a world renowned diagnostics company are expanding their site in Cambridge and require a Senior Support Analyst to support with IT operations on an international level, helping customers across the EMEA region.

This position will give you responsibilities such as managing global and regional processes, ensuring correct hardware and software distributions to employees and helping to develop more junior support staff. In return, this company offer you the chance to work with global professionals, helping to widen your cultural understanding and also gain exposure to the diagnostics industry. This position is offered as a 7 month contract, therefore giving you flexibility to move on afterwards or explore opportunities internally as this company continue to grow and expand.

As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be expected to meet the following requirements:

• At least 6+ years experience in the IT industry
• At least 4+ years in a customer service role
• At least 2+ years as a Senior Support Analyst
• Availability to begin a new position from November
• A passion for good customer service
• This position will be based in Cambridge, however applicants who are willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply
