This leading manufacturer and reference in the baking world are looking for a technical expert able to manage a team and develop its reputation in Germany. This position is the opportunity for a technical expert to become a key player in the growing German entity. Indeed, you will be in charge of developing your technical support team who will accompany salesmen on client sites in order to present the products on their sites. You will be directly in touch with the clients and will have the responsibility to understand your clients' needs and work closely with both the R&D Sales and Marketing teams based abroad in order to develop and bring new ideas and products to the market. Your relationship with your clients will have a huge impact on your company's development in Germany. You will be the reference internally as well as externally. My client's team is experiencing a full growth period meaning that shortly after joining the team, you will have the opportunity to become one of the directors for the German entity.

You are:

*Food technologist Engineer / Bakery with at least 10 years experience in the Baking world
*Excelling technical skills and ability to create, develop, improve baking ingredients
*Fluency in German and English
