The Consumer Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) was established to advance the consumer marketing capabilities across the brand teams in the U.S. market. The team consists of subject-matter-experts in consumer strategy, digital marketing, social media, patient access strategy, and patient adherence, providing thought leaderships across brands.

We are searching for a strong Consumer Marketing Lead for the COE who can set the vision for future marketing capabilities, develop roadmaps and lead the team to realize the vision. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer marketing disciplines as well as the macro trends that impact consumer behaviors and marketing. He/she needs to demonstrate strong leaderships and collaboration skills to effectively drive change across a large organization.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Working with brands to understand the consumer journey from end-to-end by persona to be able to define an overarching content strategy and design a series of relevant engagements that drive consumers to brands
- Leading the evolution of digital analytics capabilities by leveraging marketing technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Tealium, etc) in order to understand the consumer experience across the digital eco-system and identify opportunities to improve the experience beyond push advertising
- Lead pilot programs to establish best practices in digital marketing for brands across the U.S
- Lead capabilities in social media across brands by evolving existing social media guidance, refining internal process in approving social media assets, and consulting the brands on social media strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Lead the strategy and execution of point-of-encounter programs on behalf of brands leveraging EHR. E-prescribing systems and pharmacy channels.
- Define a consistent strategic framework and best practices related to copy savings programs for patients and explore new capabilities to make the copay programs more accessible and available for eligible patients

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelors degree

Required:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer marketing across multiple disciplines (brand marketing, promotion, market research, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with digital and social media
- General understanding of the regulations regarding pharmaceutical advertising and promotion

Preferred:

- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in multiple therapeutic areas
- Ability to shape strategy and ensure close alignment in execution
- Creative and forward-looking thinking
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to change and inspire others to change
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions, stakeholders, and executive sponsors, including the brand teams
