Education Recruitment Consultant - Personal, Niche Desk with award winning training!

NonStop Education is going global and is recruiting for the next generation of managers to lead future offices and Business HUB's.

We already have offices in Canary Wharf, Switzerland, Prague, Portsmouth and Pardubice, but we are not stopping there - By 2022 we aim to have opened across the USA, Asia and the Rest of Europe.

You will join as a Resourcer with little or no experience in our Flagship Prague office, and work your way through our Industry Award Winning Training Academy, learning each and every skill needed to make money in the world of recruitment. Once this is completed, taking an average time of 2-4 Months, you will be promoted to Consultant and begin to build your own Niche market.

At this stage, our leading commission structure (Up to 40%, Uncapped!) comes into play and your OTE Comes into play (£35k - £50k 1st Year, £75k - £100k 2nd Year).

You will have the complete freedom to choose which of our offices you would like to be based at. As previously mentioned we currently operate across Europe but are recruiting the next generation of Leaders and Managers to open the offices across the rest of the World.

Once hitting managerial level, the incentives do not stop - Last Year we handed out 3 Brand New Ferrari California's to Managers of the company, they are now the respected owners of each car as a reward for the dedication and hard work.
