Job Details
A growing Fostering Agency in South Kent is looking for a Practice Manager to support and supervise a growing Social Work team whilst also holding a small case load. The position has been created due to the Agency's recent growth and as Practice Manager you will actively be involved in future development plans.
With an 'Outstanding' OFSTED report, the post holder can take comfort in the fact that they will be joining service that already delivers a high quality of care to its carers and looked after children.
To be considered you must have previous experience in managing or supervising Social Workers. You must also have previously worked within Fostering, Adoption or LAC. Due to the nature of the role only those with access to their own vehicle will be considered.
