Looking for a stable and reliable Sales position in a small specialist team? NonStop are working with a niche provider of Infusion Solutions particularly in the Oncology market, who have developed an excellent presence across Germany.
Though only 20 in the sales team, they have strong medical backgrounds in Nursing and clinical occupations, so they have rapid access to decision-makers in hospitals and practices. The team in Germany is around 50 inside and field sales members along with back-office, competing in the market with BBraun, Baxter, and other international giants. Though more than 2000 employees are present worldwide, this firm has kept its European sensibility, trusting employees to do their jobs well and with little supervision.
You can expect a stable and long-term working relationship with a reasonable territory in part of Bavaria; a solid product assortment with several medical advantages in the market; and an opportunity to make yourself at home for the next 10-15 years in a friendly and helpful team.
