Junior Consultant, Cyber Security Recruitment

NonStop is currently looking to expand into a number of new industries as we continue to grow. A key target industry will be the cyber security sector. If you do a quick google search you will see that this is a hot topic, with new breaches, leaks, and attacks in the headlines every day. Due to this, it is a sector that will be growing quickly and we wish to train and develop new head-hunters/recruiters to help service our clients in this area.
What makes NonStop different to a number of recruitment consultancy companies is that we train all our consultants from scratch. We don't necessarily look for set skills, but more the right mindset and attitude. We have created a large number of top recruiters over the past 20 years, many of these people are now associate directors and directors within the company. We do this training from Prague. Why Prague? The key aspects are that Prague is an attractive central location in Europe, cost of living is lower, hence we can invest more in training and it's one of the fastest growing global commercial hubs in Europe!

- High earning potential, we have a number of consultants earning 6 figures in Euros after 2-3 years (keep in mind these were people who worked exceptionally hard)
- Future opportunities to move to our offices in London and Switzerland, with the US and Asia being on our plans for 2019
- Working with high-end and high-tech clients in niche sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Cyber Security
All our roles are full-time permanent contracts and are fully paid positions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Hebrew are considered advantageous)
- Ability to network and talk to people
- A growth mindset, self-critical and able to take feedback, (these may sound like buzz words, but they are very important for quick development and progression in this role)
- EU passport holder (unfortunately we cannot support visa's)
