Project Manager - UHAE (University Hospital Alliance Europe)

VHIR is seeking a Project Manager to develop and manage the establishment of a unique European network of nice prominent university hospitals, University Hospital Alliance Europe (UHAE).
 
Main responsibilities and duties:

Secretariat of a European Reference Hospital Network
You will be the connecting point for the nine members, making sure that any collaborations runs effortless.
- Planning and implementation of UHAE Secretariat, reporting directly to the operational leaders of the Alliance.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements according to UHAE’s budget. Develop full scale project plans. Support and impulse this initiative.
- Attend UHAE CEO Meetings in order to provide technical support and reporting.
- Provide operational support and lead to UHAE’s projects, constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all UHAE members.
- Manage UHAE’s budget, store files and keep track of document generation and sharing within the network.
- Manage UHAE’s member list: Update member list for each project and connect people upon request.
- Content manager Platform: Update content, moderate working groups and facilitate the activity of UHAE.
- Track of external communicated by communication directors of UHAE.

 

Labour conditions:

- Full-time position (40 hours per week).

- Gross annual salary: starting from 35.000,00€, according to candidate’s profile.
