I am a specialist recruiter in the Geo-Environmental industry and I work with a mix of Global multi-disciplinary consultancies to smaller specialist Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical consultancies. I also work with Remediation contractors who specialise in either domestic or commercial remediation (or both).

I have a database of over 2,200 Engineers and consultants across seniority levels (2-15+ years) who are all UK based and with UK based consultancy or contractor experience. I have coded each and every one regarding their key skills, chartership completion/progress, desired location, and salary expectations amongst other key information. This allows me to quickly find local candidates with the desired skills and expand outwards from there depending on how fluid the local market is.

Contingency Recruitment and Retained Search:

I often work contingency on lower level roles or with new clients to prove my value. This means that I will send you CV's, organise interviews and manage the process at a risk to only myself. I only charge a fee if I successfully find you a candidate you hire.

For senior level positions or roles that are particularly difficult I often work retained. As I have a financial commitment from you it means I can put more resources into finding the right person. This includes fully utilising the market research department, using extra team members, headhunting, shortlisting and telephone interviews on your behalf.
