The Sr. Manager of Channel Process, Systems, and Tools has the overall responsibility for the global administration of our sales CRM system (Salesforce.com); selection and deployment of Configure, Price, and Quoting (CPQ) solutions; the integration of all systems (SFDC, CPQ, ERP); and the ongoing process improvement to drive DAS Sales team effectiveness and efficiency. The objective is to establish one Channel Systems Operating Model that can be deployed globally and adapted within each region as needed. As such, the role collaborates cross-functionally and responsible for introducing innovation in process, systems, and tools that will impact results and assist the organization to meet its business (sales, revenue, cost).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Global Channel Systems Operating Model , Deployment – CRM, CPQ, ERP, DATA Systems
  • Solicits and documents critical process requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Documents and obtains approval of the future state vision for and integrated Global Channel Systems Operating Model that is aligned with PKIs strategic objectives across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Data Systems.
  • Deploys Global Channel Systems Operating Model across all PKI regions to maximize consistency yet allow adaptability as necessary.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with IT and 3rd party vendors to implement enabling technologies that support the future state vision.
  • Manages scope and impact of proposed new business requirements as well as end user expectations with respect to process and system functionality and timing of implementation.
  • Design, implement and maintain a clear and actionable data strategy, this strategy will outline the processes, governance, policies, standards and tools for each object and data set. Communicates and understands impact of database changes and status to affected parties
  • Closely partners with the Senior Leaders utilizing Salesforce within Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Will be the Subject Matter expert and will manage a talent group of systems and tool administrators who support internal and external users.
  • Establishes and reports progress against annual Global and Regional goals for Opportunity to Order performance.
  • Works closely with sales management to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement and to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments.

Program Management – Programs & Projects
  • Responsible for coordinating with Regional Commercial Operations leaders and teams to deploy process, systems, and tools across all global regions.
  • Works to develop and manage scope, monitor deliverable progress and escalate issues.
  • Identifies and oversees testing, develops training materials, and supports business team initiatives.
  • Assess business operational project risk and takes appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Identify and drive change management actions and communication mechanisms.
  • Educate business team members on business processes and system functionality.
  • Share lessons learned across the business.
