Job Details
I am currently working with my client to find a Team Leader for Sterile Vial Filling. They would be responsible for guiding, mentoring and teaching the other staff on the team.
You will be working at a top-of-the-line lab with people who are ambitious about becoming a global leader on the biosimilar market. Our client focuses on the environment within the company and the staff. This means the culture at the company is engaging, fun and ambitious. They realize that people come from all over the world to work at their company, so they understand the importance of family and keeping together. This means that there is a potential to work from home during family related issues.
Due to the company still growing, they are looking for team leaders willing to grow along with the company. This can lead to further developments in your career down the line.
Currently the salary range sits at 70,000 GBP to 75,000 GBP (still negotiating salary), which sits at double the salary in different parts of the world. Meaning more money to spend, at the same price! As an expat, you will also enjoy a 25% tax deduction in your first 3 years of living in Iceland. Meaning even more money for you to enjoy.
The job sits in Reykjavik, the crown of Iceland. Enjoy the culture, art, safety and nature of Iceland. Do you like photography? Enjoy one of the most unique places in the world. On the topic of children, Iceland has great public schools but also several international schools. Education in Iceland is cheap and effective. Iceland enjoys free schooling, but there are private schools available for around 1000 GBP per year.
